Liz has been an RN since 1981. She currently practices at Scripps Clinic (since 1983) in many different areas, but primarily in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Liz was the recipient of "RN of the Year" for 2011 at Scripps Clinic. Her clinical experience consists of pre and post operative patient education and care, assisting in surgery and recovery, burn and wound care, facial fractures, and cancer reconstruction. Many of these patients are inpatients, so Liz has experience with hospital care and rounds. Liz has been a LNC since 2002, after completing the LNC course at UCSD. She primarily does medical malpractice and screening cases for merit. She has worked with both plaintiff and defense attorneys and has trial experience.
