I am a certified nurse life care planner with more than 20 years experience in life care planning for patients with various disabilities and conditions, and the related deposition and trial testimony this role entails. I also prepare care plans for use within the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. In 1981, I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Biola College. Additonal certifications include public health nursing (1981) and case management (1993). My clinical nursing background includes MICU, CCU, Home Health and Case Management. Currently, my role with SDAALNC is President and website chair. Additional professional affiliations include the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, Case Management Society of America, North American Nursing Diagnoses Association International, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and the International Academy of Life Care Planners.
