Why Do I Need a Legal Nurse Consultant?

A legal nurse consultant is a licensed registered nurse who brings specialized healthcare education and clinical experience to address the medical issues of the litigation process. This specialty education and experience distinguishes the LNC from the paralegal professional. The legal nurse consultant recognizes, interprets and analyzes all relevant medically related information in a claim or case and aids the attorney client to assess for MERIT, determine LIABILITY, and quantify medical DAMAGES.
